Subscription Refunds

  • Because of the digital character that is inherent in IPTV service, all sales are typically final.
  • Refunds are possible only in the event that the service has not been provided or is not technically usable or the problem is not able to be solved by our customer support.

Eligibility for Refunds

Requests for refunds must be:

  • Send the form within the first 24 hours after the purchase
  • Give a detailed and concise explanation of the issue
  • Give our team of technical experts enough time to try to resolve the issue.

Non-Refundable Cases

The refund will not be made in the following circumstances:

  • Internet issues for users
  • Incompatibility of the device
  • A change of mind
  • Violation of our Terms of Use

Refunds that are approved will be returned according to the payment method used originally within a reasonable period of time.
